Air Flight Reservation Instruction
For participants, deeply discounted domestic airfares are offered on Korean Airlines. Air fare discount apply only round trip. Air flight reservations can be made by through AMF-AMED-2010 website. Fill out the on-line reservation page or air flight reservation form and return it to the AMF-AMED-2010 Secretariat by fax or email (Fax: +82-55-212-1331, E-mail: amf.amec.2010@gmail.com)


To secure flight reservation, all reservation must be guaranteed by deposit of round trip payment or credit card information must be given in advance. Any cancellation or modification in flight must be notified to the secretariat in writing by May 31, 2010.


Deadline for flight reservation
Deadline for flight reservation is May 31, 2010. Any requests received after the deadline, the secretariat will not be able to guarantee seat availability. If you cancel your flight reservation after the deadline, please note that cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card.
