Hotel reservation instruction
The organizing committee of the AMF-AMEC-2010 has secured the special reduced rates for accommodation in the conference venue. Reservations can be made through AMF-AMEC-2010 website by filling in the on-line reservation page. Please note that the conference rates are valid when you reserve by May 15, 2010 May 22, 2010. Depending on the availability, rooms will be allocated on a first-come first-serve basis. To secure the room, a deposit for one night or credit card information will be required upon reservation.

| Rules & Regulations |
- There are separate dormitories for male and female students. Male students are not allowed to enter the female students` dormitory.
- Breakfast hour : 07:30 a.m. - 09:00 a.m.
- Furniture : Beds, desks, chairs, etc. should not be moved. The resident is responsible for the compensation of any damages. The resident is responsible for all personal belongings.
- No Show Policy : The resident must be back home by 12:30 am. If the resident plans to be absent from the dorm, he or she must sign out at the Area Office.
- The Dormitory will be provided the bedspreads which will not be changed during your stay and you should bring your toiletries and towels.
- Prohibition : Smoking, alcohol consumption, ilegal drugs, gambling, theft, firearms, explosives, cooking, etc
- Non-resident students or visitors are not permitted to stay overnight in dormitory rooms.

Deadline for hotel reservation
Deadline for hotel reservation is May 15, 2010 May 22, 2010. Any requests received after the deadline, the secretariat will not be able to guarantee room availability. If you cancel your hotel reservation after the deadline, please note that cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card.

Hotel deposit & cancellation
To secure room reservation, all reservation must be guaranteed by deposit of one night payment or credit card information must be given in advance. All hotel charges guaranteed by credit card information will be settled when checking out.
Any cancellation or modification in accommodation must be notified to the secretariat in writing by May 31, 2010.
