On-line Registration

On-line registration will be available from March 15, 2010 to April 30, 2010 May 11, 2010
through our official website (www.amf-amec-2010.org) and is highly recommended to all conference participants. If on-line registration is not available, please email your registration information to the conference secretariat at: amf.amec.2010@gmail.com or download the registration form and send the completed form by fax. (Fax : +82-55-212-1331).

Registration fee includes

The Regular registration fee includes attendance to all technical sessions and conference epitome, welcome reception, lunches, coffee breaks and banquet. Students will receive the same entitlements (except lunches and banquet) as a regular registration fee. Students and accompanying persons can purchase a ticket for the banquet at KRW 60,000/ USD 53.

Method of Payment

Payment can be made by cash or credit card. AMF-AMEC-2010 accepts only the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard and JCB. No other credit cards are accepted. Wire transfer is available to the following bank account. It must be made on

* Please note that a copy of the receipt of the bank remittance should be attached to the conference registration form. (Fee has to be transferred under the registrant's name only; the name must be stated on the receipt) Bank charges for remittance should be paid by registrants. Receipt will be sent to you after your payment is received. To be eligible for the early registration fee, payment must be completed by April 30, 2010 May 11, 2010

Cancellation and Refund Policy

1.Cancellation must be notified to the Secretariat in writing by e-mail
(amf.amec.2010@gmail.com) or fax (+82-55-212-1331).
2. All bank service charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.
3. All approved refunds will be issued after the conference has ended.
4. Please refer to the following dates for cancellation.

On or Before June 13, 2010 80% Refund
After June 14, 2010 No Refund
